SCHOOL IS NEW TO ME: A Beginner's Guide to Starting School
“Life always gives you many opportunities where you can excel and contribute to create beautiful masterpieces. This book is a great example of that. I was born in Cochabamba, Bolivia in a family that instilled in me that you must not give up when faced with adversities. My parents lived in the country side and I lived in the city with my sister with the goal to obtain a better education. There in the city I achieved my Associate Degree in Communications and Graphic Design from the Private Catholic University of Bolivia. Upon graduation I embarked on a new journey to America to pursue bigger opportunities. Here is where I met Carla Taylor-Pla, and together we launched something amazing -- SCHOOL IS NEW TO ME: A Beginner’s Guide to Starting School.
...As a mother of two honor students and teenagers -- it's important to me that they see that anything is possible if you set your mind to it. This masterpiece of a book, without that mentality, would not have been possible."
