Maribel Fuentes is an accomploshed graphic designer providing Carla & Liv KIDS her original designs to represent complex concepts visually and clearly for a wide variety of stakeholders and audiences. In particular, her focus is on reader engagement through her utilizatization of vibrant colors and clean lines crafted for younger audiences. In addition to her creatove work, Maribel is a bilingual communicator, award-winning choreographer and dancer -- and mother of two highly-accomplished honor students.
Stephanie Holzinger
Marketing and Strategy Specialist

Stephanie Holzinger is a 2021 Master of Business Candidate at Kogod Business School of American University. Her graduate studies center on Management Strategy and Sustainability initiatives. She has completed global consulting projects for Food Rescue organizations and is the Vice President of Programs of American University's Net Impact Chapter. Stephanie brings to Carla & Liv KIDS experience in nonprofit management and operations in the Washington DC Metro Area. As an AmeriCorps Alumna, she has worked in nonprofit development and growth as well as programmatic direction of racial equity and social justice work. In her most recent role, she served as a site director with Alexandria City Public Schools and Higher Achievement, a 501©3 nonprofit that provides out-of-school academic enrichment to Title One schools. Stephanie’s passions include Social Emotional Learning, Teacher and Mentor training, Trauma-Informed Classroom practices and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Anne Waverly Spencer
Marketing Specialist Intern

Anne Waverly is a student-athlete at American University (AU) in Washington, DC. She is studying Public Relations, Strategic Communications and Marketing. Her studies at AU have provided her experience in consumer research, public relations, and branding and advertising. Anne has a passion for structuring creative art and fostering youth development. During her time as a HeadFirst Summer Camp Counselor, she worked with children ages 3-15, engaging them in learning activities and games. Anne Waverly is also a member of the American Marketing Association where she helps drive social media strategy.
